We currently have Leadership Opportunities available at both Upper and Lower Academies.

These roles are additional to our current Teaching vacancies, and are therefore not suitable for anyone without QTS. Each position includes an additional yearly ARA (Academy Responsibility Allowance). 

Raising Standards Lead (RSL) (Lower Academy)- This is an extended Leadership post with a remuneration of Academy Leadership Scale 4 – 6.
