The program is designed to help provide young people with a better understanding of the wide variety of job opportunities available and the different pathways into their chosen careers.

Over the next 7 months each student will be matched with a mentor from the local business community. During a series of 60-minute sessions the mentors will help students focus on increasing aspirations and motivation, highlight the positive skills and qualities they already possess and offer guidance on GCSE selection, college courses and studying at university.
