Following a successful launch in September, Student Services at The Basildon Lower Academy is now fully operational and providing ongoing support to students across the academy.

The service offers a central point of contact for students, helping to ensure they receive the guidance, care, and support they need throughout their time at the academy. Student Services plays an important role in supporting wellbeing, attendance, and day-to-day pastoral needs.

Our student services area is located within the PE block and open before and after school as well as during break and lunchtimes. Our dedicated team works hard to ensure every student feels safe, supported, and ready to thrive.​
