The programme gives students the opportunity to explore their interests, develop new skills, build confidence and enjoy learning beyond the classroom. This year, students can choose from a variety of returning favourites alongside new opportunities, including Crochet Club, LEGO Club, Film Club, Remote Control Club, Gardening, Book Club, Scratch Computing and Revision Club.

There are also more opportunities for students to get involved, with enrichment clubs now taking place during lunchtime as well as after school. This gives students greater flexibility to take part and try something new alongside their usual lessons.

It has been fantastic to see students getting involved so enthusiastically during the first sessions, and the programme will continue to develop throughout the school year, providing students with opportunities to discover new interests and make the most of life at the Lower Academy.
