Students Share Messages of Support for World Mental Health Day

To mark World Mental Health Day, students at the Lower Academy took part in a range of literacy and craft-based activities designed to raise awareness and encourage open discussions about mental health and wellbeing.

Throughout the day, students engaged in classroom and lunchtime sessions focused on understanding the importance of caring for our own mental health and supporting those around us. The activities also highlighted the value of recognising when help is needed and knowing where to find support within the school and wider community.
