Year 7 Show passion for reading & writing
During The Lower Academy Active Learning Day in March, Year 7 students demonstrated their passion for reading and creative writing.
The writing activities highlighted student’s creative skills by producing a range of narratives of different stories.
Throughout the day there was also a series of reading activities including sessions where Year 7’s took turns to read aloud, extracts of classic literature such as The Chronicles of Narnia. Discussions about the books would then follow, leading to a quiz at the end.
